Coalition to Ban Ohio Dog Auctions is an Ohio citizen-driven, community based organization recognized as a §501(c)(4) by the Internal Revenue Service.
Citizens from across Ohio served as the catalyst for the Ohio Dog Auctions Act. These voters and taxpayers, along with thousands of voters from the humane community, strongly endorse this proposed legislation as an effective way to address a major distribution channel serving puppy-mill breeders from 15 states, many of whom have long-standing, repeat violations of the Animal Welfare Act and/or have been convicted of animal cruelty.
